Write a paragraph on any one of the following in about 60-75 words:

(A) A Road Accident

Road accidents are common in our country. They occur mostly due to lack of road sense, carelessness of the drivers and fast driving. Yesterday I was returning from school when i saw a truck coming at a very high speed. Soon it collided with a car and smashed it into pieces. In the mean time the police came soon. The passengers were thrown out. The police arrested the truck driver. They put the injured the dead in police van.

(B) The pen is mightier than the sword

The pen is mightier than the sword is a famous adage speaking about the power of writing. A pen can achieve a lot more than a sword does. It means that the power of writing is eternal while the power of the sword is short-lived. For instance, the great achievements of Alexander, Napoleon, and other rulers ended up in oblivion. However, the great preaching and writings of philosophers and authors have lasting effects that live forever in the hearts of people. This is why it is said that a king can rule only his kingdom but a scholar rules the world with his writings.

(C) The subject you like most

For me, I liked English the most. If we don’t have English lessons, we won’t know how to speak properly. We also learned about manners in speaking. We have to say excuse me and stuff. If I don’t have English lessons, I would not know how to speak. I am an extrovert so then I like being friends with people and communicating. So then I learned how to speak. I like my teacher too. He is really kind. His name is Mr. Vivek Kumar. So to summarize, English is my favorite subject.

(D) Sound pollution

Noise pollution is considered as the environmental pollution caused in the environment by the excess level of noise through many sources. Noise pollution is also known as the noise disturbance. Excessive noise is harmful to the health and cause imbalance to the human or animal life. It has been a massive environmental issue in India which needs a proper attention to be solved however it is less dangerous than the water, air and soil pollution. Outdoor noise is hugely caused by the sources like machines, transportation systems, poor urban planning (construction of side-by-side industrial and residential buildings), etc. Indoor noise sources are household machines, building activities, loud music, etc. The most common impairment caused by the noise pollution is the permanent hearing loss due to ear drum damage.
