Once, when he became an Indian President in 1962, some students requested him to allow them to celebrate his birthday on 5th of September. He said that, instead on celebrating 5th of September as my birthday personally, why not, it is celebrated as Teachers’ Day as my dedication towards the teaching profession. (iii) Your Village
I was eagerly waiting for my annual examinations to get over. I had planned to spend my summer vacation in my native village. My village is about 10 kilometres from Muzaffarpur. When I entered the village, I was welcomed by lush green fields. The farmers were sowing the seeds in their fields. At a little distance, there was a big field. A large number of cows and buffaloes were grazing there. The greenery that I saw in the village is rare to find in a city. The life in the village is peaceful. In the evening, I visited the farm. My uncle was watering the crops. I milked the cow for the first time in my life. I stayed in the village for fifteen days. Many people came to see me off at the bus stand when I left the village. I was very impressed by the natural beauty of my village.
(iv) A life of beggar
The life of beggars is pitiable. They lead their life on the foot path and lives in a very unsanitary condition. They are embedded to a place six feet by two feet a few yards before the road signal. In their tattered clothes. They are a symbol of utter poverty in the country. His clothes have more patches. The poor beggar has no relatives. He has none to depend upon and none to show his affection upon. He is a human being just in name. His only companion is a dog. He has meager belonging. The core areas of beggars’ activities are the places of pilgrimage and worship. They wander from street to street, from one locality to another and beg for good and money. On red signal, beggars get opportune moment to beg.
